Richard Crookes Constructions secured the tender for the $30 million first stage. A Murray and Sons in Tumut have been awarded the tender by Richard Crookes for the hydraulics on the project. A Murray have in the past worked on Narrabri Hospital and Tamworth hospital redevelopments.

Pictured is the early stage of the development. With demolition starting in a few weeks, Richard Crookes Constructions have already begun contacting demolition and the early works trades.
