Seasonal Maintenance Package

 

Take the mental load out of upkeeping your property and enjoy significant savings with our Seasonal Maintenance Package. We’ve created a package to automate the annual jobs required, to ensure your house and assets are in peak working order as they’re needed throughout the year.

$728 standard package includes:

  • Service of one (1) evaporative or single head split system air conditioning unit
  • Service of one (1) wood heater or gas space heater
  • Gutter clean of up to 50m on a single story house
  • Five-point plumbing health check which includes;
    1. Inspection of hot water unit
    2. Inspection of external water and gas meters and regulators
    3. Inspection of internal taps and drainage connections
    4. Inspection of toilets
    5. Inspection of house water filtration systems and rainwater tanks
  • Smoke alarm service including battery replacement, safety check and compliance certificate
  • We have 12 and 24 month contract options available
  • Prices start from $14.00 per week on a 12 month package

What is the Seasonal Maintenance Package?

The A Murray and Sons Seasonal Maintenance Package is designed to make it easier for our customers to ensure all your annual household services are completed. This ensures everything is running smoothly and your house is prepared for the upcoming season. By bundling the services you’re able to save up to 40% a year.

To reward our loyal customers, you’ll also receive access to exclusive benefits like discounted call out fees and priority service.

How does it work?

Get in touch with our team by calling your local branch or filling out the expression of interest form above. We will coordinate the right package for your needs.

Once confirmed and payment arrangements have been made (see below), we will schedule your services so you’re ready for the upcoming year. You’ll receive an SMS notification 14 days prior to the service, letting you know when to expect our team. You don’t have to make your own bookings – it’s all done for you. When do I book in my service?

There’s no need to book in a service if you’ve purchased our Seasonal Maintenance Package. We will automatically schedule all services for the upcoming year.

What happens if the proposed service date doesn’t suit?

You’ll receive an SMS notification 14 days prior to the service. If the date doesn’t suit, please notify the team by calling head office on 02 6947 1973 within seven (7) days of receiving the SMS and more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled service. An alternate date will be arranged.

If you need to reschedule with less than seven days notice, you will be charged $110 and a new service date will be provided. This charge is in place as there is a long lead time and planning required to complete services.

Can I cancel?

Yes, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel. To cancel, please contact us. A cancellation fee will apply.

What if I need more/less than what’s in the package?

We understand that everyone’s properties and needs are different so we will do our best to customise a package to suit you. Get in touch with our team by calling 02 6947 1973 or filling out the expression of interest form above.

How does the emergency capped price services work?

The capped price emergency services will allow our team to come and address the concern under the fixed cost, including removing blockages or making simple repairs for useability and safety. If replacements or repairs are required, this will be quoted separately and charged in addition.

If the call out occurs outside of Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm, a call out fee will also be applied.

Do you have payment plans?

We have multiple payment structures and options for a 12 or 24 month contract. You can:

  • Pay In full at the beginning of the package so you do not have to think about your expenses 
  • $250.00 up front and split the remaining amounts into Weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments 
  • Afterpay 

For any options that include multiple payments we will direct debit your account. You can request our Terms and Conditions for details on how we collect and charge your account.

Can I sign up later in the year?

Yes, the seasonal maintenance package has a rolling schedule of services so you can sign up at any time. Regardless of your sign-up time, you will receive all services following the provided calendar. For example, if you sign up in July, the first service you will receive is the spring service (gutter clean), followed by all other services over a twelve month period in accordance with the standard timeline.

  • Capped priced sewer / stormwater blockages at $225 per instance
  • Capped price burst water pipe and gas line repairs at $150 per instance
  • 5% pensioner discount on package rate
  • Capped priced sewer/ Stormwater blockages at $290 per instance
