The hydraulics of the Uniting Mayflower Gerringong Independent Living project have been awarded to A Murray and Son by Richard Crooks constructions. The overall project value is $25 million has been awarded to Richard Crookes Constructions, and is due for completion late 2018.

The project comprises demolition, services diversions, construction of a new RACF with back of house services, administration areas, Chapel, Wellness Centre, hair salon & café, and landscaping.
